The Specialist Psychiatric Medical Care Clinic in Lodz is an independent public medical care clinic. Its organisational structure consists of:

• Extra-hospital care centres
• The Mental Health Clinic together with the Mental Health and Cohabitation Pathology Clinic and with the Violence Prevention Centre
• The Regional Addiction Treatment Centre, Lodz, ul. Pomorska 54, together with the Drug and Other Psychoactive Substance Addiction Treatment Clinic

The Specialist Psychiatric Medical Care Clinic in Lodz provides medical services in:

• hospital wards – services within the range of diagnostics and psychological therapy, individual and group psychotherapy, determining health condition, psychiatric, neurological and other rehabilitation. Moreover, on request of the police or courts there are judicial and psychiatric observations conducted
• metadon substitution treatment station
• electroshock Therapy Surgery
• extra hospital care centres in daily psychiatric wards and the daily psychiatric ward for children - within the range of mental disturbance and disease treatment for people who do not require a twenty-four-hour hospitalisation
• the Mental Health Clinic - within the range of: psychiatric diagnostics, psychological diagnostics, treatment, laboratory diagnostics, early rehabilitation, certification
• the Mental Health and Cohabitation Pathology Clinic, the Violence Prevention Centre - within the range of diagnostics and therapy of individual and diadical sexual dysfunctions, sexual abuse victims, sexual abuse perpetrators and medical and psychological help for patients with sexual preference disorders
• The Regional Addiction Treatment Centre as well as the Drug and Other Psychoactive Substance Addiction Treatment Clinic - within the range of individual and group preventive, therapeutical and rehabilitative services for patients addicted and co-addicted

Diagnostic possibilities of the Specialist Psychiatric Medical Care Clinic, apart from psychiatric and psychological diagnostics, also include laboratory services within the range of biochemistry, hematology, general analytics, bacteriology, toxicology with medicine indication, as well as RTG, EEG and USG diagnostics.

The hospital houses the Psychiatry and Neurotic Disturbance Clinic including a Crisis Intervention Ward of the Medicine University in Lodz.
